As twilight drapes Jurong Lake Gardens in gentle hues, Lights by the Lake 2025 emerges in full splendour. From 27 Sep to 12 Oct 2025, the gardens will transform nightly into a glowing realm of storytelling, art, and culture. This year's edition brings to life the beloved "Journey to the West," with mesmerising lantern displays that trace the adventures of Sun Wukong, Tang Sanzang, and their loyal companions.

Culture and inclusivity take centre stage through performances by ART:DIS artists and groups like Strawberry Story and Kyla & Yixin. From soulful songs to diverse cultural showcases, the cultural entertainment calendar is rich and resonant.

Visitors can also take part in lantern riddles at Wave Plaza or enjoy the "Deliciously Singaporean" exhibition (06 – 20 Oct 2025), a nostalgic tribute to Singapore’s hawker heritage. Creative souls will delight in hands-on activities such as moon-themed lantern crafting, Chinese calligraphy workshops, and a mooncake stamps artwork station by the National Gallery Singapore.
