CHAGEE Brings Garden of Senses to ACM With a Tea Inspired Pop-Up

CHAGEE partners the Asian Civilisations Museum to present an immersive showcase that reimagines tea as culture, ritual, and shared experience.

Garden of Senses: A Tea Reverie opens at the Asian Civilisations Museum as a multi-sensory showcase that explores the social and cultural significance of tea across Asia. Through immersive art and interactive experiences, the exhibition invites visitors to engage with tea beyond taste, touching on sight, scent, sound, touch, and reflection.

Running as part of ACM’s All Access ticket, the showcase traces how tea has shaped daily life, quiet contemplation, and communal rituals across different cultures and time periods. Visitors move through thoughtfully designed installations that encourage slower moments and shared discovery, offering a fresh perspective on tea as both a personal and social experience.

Complementing the 'Garden of Senses' exhibition is the CHAGEE ACM pop-up store, which opens on 29 Jan 2026. From opening day, the Pony Plushie Charm Bundle in both colourways will be available, subject to stock availability.


Visitors who purchase an ACM All Access ticket will receive a physical voucher to purchase the Pony Plushie Charm Bundle in Blue, while stocks last. The voucher must be presented physically and returned after each purchase, with limits applied per customer and per day.

The CHAGEE pop-up adds a café stop to the museum visit, creating a natural pause within the exhibition journey. With limited quantities available for the plushie charm bundle, early visits are recommended for those keen to bring home a keepsake tied to the exhibition experience.
