Sentosa GrillFest Returns with 35+ Food Stalls and a New Omakase-Inspired Chef's Grill Experience

Sentosa GrillFest is back for its ninth edition, bringing one of Singapore's biggest beachside food festivals to Siloso Beach. Running every Friday to Sunday from 23 July to 16 August 2026, the festival features more than 35 food stalls across six themed zones, celebrating grilled cuisine from Singapore and around the world.

Making its debut this year is the Chef's Grill, an omakase-inspired eight-course dining experience co-curated with the Singapore Chefs' Association. Set within an air-conditioned beachfront pavilion, guests can enjoy premium grilled dishes prepared by a rotating lineup of chefs every weekend.

Another highlight is Marketplace by Indoguna, where visitors can select premium meats, seafood and gourmet ingredients before having them grilled to order. It's a unique market-to-grill experience that lets you customise your own meal.

The festival also showcases a wide variety of local and international flavours, from charcoal-grilled meats, burgers and seafood to Japanese robatayaki, Taiwanese street food, Korean favourites and Chinese-style skewers. Returning vendors and new concepts ensure there's something for every palate.
