Gardens by the Bay is bringing a fresh floral experience to Singapore with Blue Beauties, a large-scale showcase inspired by the golden age of the Ottoman Empire. Running from 26 May to 21 Jun 2026 at Flower Dome, the immersive display features more than 30 varieties of hydrangeas in striking shades of blue, purple, and soft pastel tones.

At the heart of the floral showcase stands a recreation of the iconic Topkapı Palace, once home to Ottoman royalty for nearly four centuries. Inspired by the palace’s famous blue-and-white İznik ceramic motifs, the installation blends floral artistry with architectural influences from one of Türkiye’s most celebrated historical landmarks.

Visitors can explore lush garden pathways framed by flowing fountains, layered greenery, and symmetrical landscaping inspired by Ottoman garden design principles. The calming environment creates a relaxing indoor escape that feels especially suited for the June school holiday season.

Beyond the floral displays, Blue Beauties also features cultural highlights inspired by Türkiye’s heritage. Visitors can spot references to the bustling Grand Bazaar, admire decorative elements inspired by traditional lamp art, and discover the legendary Maiden’s Tower.

The display also includes visual nods to Cappadocia’s famous hot air balloons, adding another scenic element to the immersive floral experience. Visitors can also participate in a contest for a chance to win a pair of economy-class round-trip tickets to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines.

Families planning school holiday outings may also appreciate the special admission promotion. From 30 May to 21 Jun 2026, children aged 12 and below can enter Flower Dome for free with standard admission paid by accompanying adults. The promotion is valid for Singapore residents only and terms and conditions apply.
