Atlr.72® Food Truck Debuts Solein-Powered Ice Cream at Bugis Junction, Singapore

The renowned Japanese food corporation, Ajinomoto, continues its sustainability journey in Singapore through its pioneering Atlr.72® brand. Collaborating strategically with Finnish innovator Solar Foods since 2023, Ajinomoto is now introducing an exciting new range of sustainable ice creams featuring Solein, a revolutionary protein derived from air.

Under Atlr.72®, Ajinomoto initially unveiled limited-edition Solein-powered products, such as Flowering Mooncakes and Ice Cream Sandwiches, in September 2024. Building upon this successful launch, the company now presents the Atlr.72® Flowering Ice Cream in three indulgent flavours: Vanilla with mochi, Chocolate with lemon peel, and Salty caramel with nuts. Each variant leverages Solein’s unique properties, enhancing texture and taste while reducing environmental impact.

The Atlr.72® Flowering Ice Cream is artistically topped with decorative cookies shaped like flowers and birds, symbolising the brand’s mission to foster a vibrant and sustainable future. Solein’s naturally derived carotenoids provide the ice cream's sunny yellow hue, reflecting the earth element from Chinese philosophy and reinforcing the brand's dedication to environmental consciousness.

Consumers eager to sample these innovative treats can find the Atlr.72 food truck making its debut at Bugis Junction Fountain Square, operating from 28 March to 16 April 2025, followed by Crane Living Joo Chiat from 17 to 20 April 2025.
